3.  Develop a list of features of your home for the Brokers to use with their potential buyers.

4.  Suggest & advise as to any changes you may want to make to your home, helping it be more saleable. 

5.  Constantly update you as to any changes in the marketplace.

6.  Contact over the next seven days...my buyers leads, sphere of influence and past clients for their referrals and prospective buyers.

7.  Add additional exposure through our professional Real Estate sign and lock-box.

8.  Pre-qualify all prospective buyers.

9.  Keep you aware of the various methods of financing that a buyer might want to use.

10.  Host Broker Open House for Realtors. Host Realtor Open House for public.

11.  Follow up on the salespeople who have shown your home...for feedback and response.

13.  Assist you in arranging interim financing...if necessary.

14.  Represent you on all offer presentations...to assure you in negotiating the best possible price and terms.

16.  Handle all the follow-up upon a contract after is has been accepted by buyer and seller. This will include follow up with mortgage company, title company and other closing procedure necessary for a quick and easy closing.
 
17.  Send just list cards in area of listings. Following up with phone call to market area.
